Interview from Snobette.com
“I like to describe learning about denim as peeling back layers of an onion. People have no clue how much goes into making denim despite how ubiquitous it is. It’s quite fascinating.”
Once I obtained my BFA in Fashion Design with double minors in Textile and Business; I hit the ground running and was hired in NYC for my first job. Fast forward a few years later and I landed in a denim role. From that point on denim became my passion. From fabric weaving to the finishing touches of the final product, I love every aspect of it. There is a continual search to find books, articles, and websites as references for my professional and personal benefit.
